Elegantly located in the picturesque village of Perivolia, this development is a short distance away from Larnaca International Airport which makes it conveniently placed for the perfect holiday apartment. The apartment offers two good sized bedrooms each with double bed. One room has it`s own door to the balcony. The rooms are fully furnished, each with full length mirrors, dressing table, fully fitted wardrobe with loads of coat hangers etc. The blinds are all blackouts and each room has it’s own air conditioning unit.
The bathroom comprises of a good size comfortable bath with shower unit that has good pressure and shower curtain. There is a well lit sink with mirror, a shaving socket and a standard WC. There are fresh towels of all sizes in the apartment.
The kitchen has everything you will need to be fully self catering inc. electric fan oven and ceramic hob with extractor, upright fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine and all the utensils, pots/pans, crockery, glasses, colander, tupper wear required. You name it, it’s there.
The living room area seats 5 and looks out of the patio doors onto the balcony which has tables and seating for 4. There is also a clothes airer, etc. The sun sets on the balcony side of the building giving sunlight well into the evening.
Outside you have a designated parking space underneath the complex. This keeps your car out of the sun therefore nice and cool. 30 feet away is the swimming pool area with sun loungers and usually some inflatables. There are steps from the pool area down to the gymnasium which also has showering facilities and toilets. This development is split into two halves and there are 2 swimming pool/ gym areas to choose from.
